A female buddy was at Moore’s house when the actress began “shaking” and otherwise “acting like she was suffering from a seizure,” a source familiar with the Los Angeles Fire Department’s incident report tells E! News.
The friend then referred to as 911 and, about 30 minutes right after paramedics arrived, they determined that Moore must be taken to the hospital.
